Return & Refund Policy – KNM Custom Mouse Pads

At KNM Custom Mouse Pads, every product is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our items are custom designed, our return policy is slightly different from traditional retail stores. Please read the information below carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Since our mouse pads are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Design preference after purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Provide clear photos of the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item)

Once reviewed, we will:

  • Send a free replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund, depending on the situation

Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. If there is an issue with your order, please refer to the “Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items” section above.
