All of our mouse pads are custom-made to order.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
  • Orders are produced Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped

Please note: During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times & Rates

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

United States

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delays & Delivery Issues

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, delays can occasionally occur due to:

Lost or Stolen Packages
